All ICPS sales and sales management qualifications are accredited by the Institute of Commercial Management, and can provide Recognised Prior Learning credits against ICM's qualifications. ICM benefits from full recognition by the regulators of external qualifications in England – the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (Ofqual). Every year, ICM graduates gain entry into universities in North America, the UK, the Republic of Ireland, Western Europe, the Far East, South East Asia and Australasia. For those wishing to study in the UK there are more than 100 different institutions to which they can apply. For the student, the choice of institution and the preferred country of study is wide and varied. In order to simplify the process for all those ICM students wishing to study in the UK the Institute has established a number of strategic partnerships with public sector providers each of which welcomes applications from suitably qualified ICM Members and Student Members, e.g.:

  • Birmingham City University
  • University of Gloucestershire
  • Heriot-Watt University
  • Lincoln University
  • Manchester Metropolitan University
  • Portsmouth University
  • Southampton Solent University
  • Sunderland University
  • Teesside University
  • York & St John University

ICM students can progress to degree entry as follows:-

  • ICM Certificate Awards - enable the student to apply for entry to the first year of a relevant degree programme.
  • ICM Diploma Awards - enable the student to apply for entry to the second year of a relevant degree programme.
  • ICM Advanced Diploma Awards - enable the student to apply for direct entry into the final year of a relevant 3 year degree programme.
