IPS CERTIFICATE IN PROFESSIONAL SELLING

This is an entry level qualification into the ICM Diploma in Professional Selling.

The structure of the qualification is:

  • Learning Unit 1 - the history of selling – seven learning bites; work-based exercises; self-knowledge test; and production of a professional development in the workplace portfolio.
  • Learning Unit 2knowledge, skills, and attitude in selling - ten learning bites; work-based exercises; self-knowledge test; and production of a professional development in the workplace portfolio.
  • Learning Unit 3becoming a professional salesperson - seven learning bites; work-based exercises; self-knowledge test; production of a professional development in the workplace portfolio
  • Learning Unit 4 - buyers and salespeople - six learning bites; work-based exercises; self-knowledge test; and production of a professional development in the workplace portfolio. .
  • Two workshops
  • An exam
